Baby is pushing down and very uncomfortable

I'm 35+1 and baby is pushing right down again, feels like he's trying to make a great escape into my cervix and bladder. It's really uncomfortable and it's bringing me to tears. Anything I can do to relieve the pressure? Sitting and lying down is super uncomfortable, he feels like he's about to fall out if i sneeze to hard. I've had some watery discharge but no leaking fluids or anything, so don't think it's labour, he was ROA at my last check up. I can't wait to meet my little boy but I am over pregnancy and GD. Any advice please?

sorry to hear you’re in a lot of discomfort. Do you have a pregnancy / exercise ball that you could sit on? Instead of bouncing you can try to rotate your hips in circles / figures of 8 or side to side it might help to relieve some of the pressure. Hope it eases for you soon

I tried bouncing on the ball but not rotating, I'll give it a try now. Thank you very much

Find a pool near you if you can, and just stretch or do lunges. I found the baby wrigged about and seemed to change positions when in the water and the reduction of gravity was a relief in itself tbh.

Spinning babies may have some more immediate tips info on their website too.

I had that and the baby was breech. Not sure if it's relevant, though.
