This is my first pregnancy and I am 40 +1, the last few nights I have experienced tightenings in lower abdomen (which also feel like baby kicking/moving??) back pain and stabbing pains in my groin are these contractions? They start at the same time each night and last a few hours until I manage to fall asleep and wake up the next day with nothing. I went for my MW app on my due date and she said I was 1cm dilated and babies head is well down and engaged. Had no other signs, no mucus plug or waters breaking becoming frustrated.
