Bit of a complicated situation so i'll get to the point quickly. I am self employed which means I am entitled to maternity allowance. It's not much but i'm taking what i can get! The only problem is i had to leave my most recent address (had to sell up) and currently staying with the baby's father just until i find somewhere.
I have a business address i pay for yearly and not to complicate things would love to use that on the forms for maternity allowance. I don't want to use a home address until i am sorted properly. Does anyone know if this is allowed? It's only for a short time, i just wondered what people who live "offgrid" or on boats do for addresses etc.
