Pregnant after loss now spotting help!

I had a miscarriage on the 1st of February that’s when I started bleeding

I have since managed to conceive again , my period according to the Flo app should be today I have already had positive tests the last 4 days and doctor confirmed new pregnancy

However yesterday and today I have been spotting on and off there’s not really anything when I wipe however tmi if I go into the hole slightly I have had variations of this

I have attached pictures, could this be implantation bleeding? I’m so worried and just stressed to the max scared I’m going to lose this pregnancy aswell

Can I even have implantation bleeding after a positive test?

I had a small amount of red spotting at around 6/7 weeks with this pregnancy, phoned the EPU and they said it was most likely down to cervical erosion which was confirmed by an exam a few days later. First pregnancy, spotting was said to be implantation but it was brown blood. Some spotting can be normal, you could phone the EPU for some reassurance but they generally say unless you have cramps or it turns to a heavy bleed, not to worry. Hope everything turns out ok for you.
