Have I overdone it? Or am I MC?

Im 5w4d. I have had 3 RMCs. Since my third MC (oct), I have become an active gym member, anything from aqua aerobics to spinning. I realised yesterday I struggled with spinning so I didnt pedddle as fast yesterday. I done a new class yesterday as well, a very low impact conditioning class. Ive been feeling low on energy today. After my aqua class I came home to insert a cyclogest pessary and i saw 2 light brown lines on my pantiliner. Insertion of the pessary was fine, thinking about it last night was a bit tough but i didnt think anything of it.

Ive not seen any spotting or discharge since. Although i have severe paranoia. I already have an early reassurance scan coming up on Sunday but im fearing the worse.

As I'm on a lot of medication- prednisolone, clexane, aspirin, cyclogest and prenatal meds, I dont experience pregnancy systoms.

I dont know if i just ache from my class yesterday or am I cramping.

My heart is already breaking and I'm fearing the worse

Sorry about your previous miscarriages, it’s understandable that you’re worried. A small amount of brown spotting can be completely normal - I had this in my first pregnancy around 7 weeks and it was put down to implantation bleeding. It’s highly unlikely that anything you’ve done would cause a miscarriage. I believe the general advice is that you can continue with exercise you were doing previously, but just listen to your body as you did and don’t over-stretch yourself. Hope all goes well for you on Sunday.

Edit to add that I’ve also heard that pressures can sometimes cause a bit of irritation that can lead to spotting, I think that’s fairly common.

Thank you. Ah, I didn't realise implantation bleeding can happen in mid first trimester, too. Your message is very supportive, and I'm very grateful.

I'll speak with my consultant about the pessaries if it the spotting continues x
