Could I be pregnant?

I'm on the microgynon pill where u take it every day for 3 weeks then have a week for a bleed. I came off last Wednesday and usually my bleed/period comes on a Sunday or Monday. It came today and is very light and I keep seeing clear discharge too

I don't think I can be pregnant as I've never missed a pill but equally u never know?

I've just turned 40 so could it be start of perimenopause?

It’s still possible to get pregnant whilst taking the pill- happened to my friend. I’d suggest taking a test to rule it out. If negative then I’d carry on taking the pill as normal and see what happens next time you stop.
