Hi all. I’m unsure if this test is positive or not. There is a faint horizontal line in the circle window and a vertical line in the next one. I’m unsure whether both lines have to be vertical? Or if I’m just overthinking this. Note. You have to zoom to see the faint line.

I see some kind of shadow! How many days dpo are you? Might be worth testing in a few days to find out properly or using a digital one in a few days! 😀

Revelatio · 27/02/2024 06:59

This looks negative, I can only see one vertical line.

ThatLuckyAnt · 27/02/2024 07:32

Around 19 days DPO if I go based on my period tracker.

I agree with PP it would definitely be a lot clearer if you're 19dpo. That would come up with a bfp, id say definitely not pregnant and it could just be indentation on the test. Sorry OP

I can see the horizontal line but would put it down to evap or a faulty test.
When is your period due?

I’m confused now as my normal cycle is around 35 days. I’m now 8 days late on my period based on my tracking app, I haven’t retested since that image but based on the nhs calculator and my first day of my last period I’d be 5 weeks pregnant. Lots of searches online suggest a false positive is likely at around 4/5 weeks due to low levels of hcg

When did you take this test? I’d agree at 19DPO it should be very obvious.

get another test maybe.

The test was taken 3 days ago. I’m now 8 days late on my period. Last period (first day of) was 17th jan 2024. My average cycle is 34/35 days usually meaning based on that I’m 8/9 days late. It was only a cheap supermarket test so I’m starting to doubt its accuracy.
