12 week scan placenta (anxiety)

Hi , im 12 weeks 4 days I had my scan 2 days ago which made me 12 weeks 2 days
Baby was great measuring on track and heart rate of 145
Midwife showed me were the baby was feeding from the sac I asked has the placenta not taken over yet she said no and didnt go into detail she was very happy and booked me for my 21 week scan
But i just have read so many stories of the placenta taking over at 12 weeks my anxiety is so bad due to previous loss at 12 weeks due to subchorina hematoma
Any one else have this in there scan at 12 weeks

There's no way of seeing on a scan if the placenta has "taken over". This usually happens around this gestation though so I'm not sure why she said no. It sounds like your scan went perfectly :)

I guess im worrying for nothing
Was just excepting to see the placenta in the scan but its probably happening this week
