Can you get a false postive result for sti test?

Ive had my antenatal 10 week blood test. After I've had a call of the hospital to come in to talk about my blood results. I haven't had the appointment yet but I saw on my badger notes it said risks syphilis? My baby's father had a sti test recently and that came back all clear and he is the only person I've slept with. Is it possible to have a false postive result? I have been on antibiotics so could that mess up the blood test? I also have no symptoms of having any kind of sti at all including that one that says I would have rashes or sores which I don't at all and neither does my baby's father.
