Breast fullness/heaviness

Can breast fullness/heaviness come and go in pregnancy in the early weeks? I know tenderness can come and go but worried about fullness fluctuating too...

For me it comes and goes throughout the whole pregnancy. Some days I wake up and think they feel big and heavy and the next they kind of feel normal again.
It can be very normal for pregnancy symptoms to come and go at the start of your pregnancy!

100% yes. Had a total meltdown last week as my boobs had shrunk, and thought it was all over. Two days later had my viability scan and saw a heartbeat ❤️

Yes! I'm 18+4 now and mine have felt massive at times and then back to normal intermittently so it's very normal!
