Unusually late period?

So for well over a year now I have been a clockwork 26-28 days never less never more last month my period arrived on cd29 didn't think much of it but this month I'm now cycle day 30 and no sign for someone who has been so clockwork this feels strange and makes me anxious to what might be going on? I have tested for pregnancy as we haven't been cautious but it is negative any advice

I'm normally 26-28 day cycles but occasionally I've had 30-31 days over the years. Normal variations :)

I'm in same boat, normally 28/29 days, on day 31 , tested day 29 neg but test was a bit out of date. Have bought two more and test tmrw. Had back pain last week so thought that was my 5 day warning but nothing. Don't know if I am imagining a heavy feeling in my belly, which could be period or not? But I am 44 so could be start of menopause things too?

It's definitely peri-menopause.

It is quite possible peri-menopause are you actively ttc?

I’ve always been pretty regular, 9/12 times of the year I was a 27-29 day cycle girl.

But a couple times a year my cycle goes to 32/33 days for no reason

Ummm nope, are you? Anything else going on that could affect cycle? I had a tummy bug last week so hoping it's just that or peri menopause tbh?

Kept me waiting till this afternoon, so perhaps here begins peri menopause shenanigans. Good thing is had motivated oh to seek vasectomy.
