Anaemia or baby pushing up?

Hello,

I’ve been bed bound for the past few days at 33 weeks and feeling horrendous with nausea and vomiting. I have been on iron tablets for about a month (my results were 97) but my breathlessness seems to be getting worse even sitting up in bed I’m struggling to breathe. I can’t really walk from one room to another without having to sit down and regulating my breathing and it’s absolutely game over for me when I pick up my DS who is 2.

I went to the gp yesterday and he checked my vitals, all was ok except I was slightly on the dehydrated side.

My husband and mum want me to go in and get checked out again but I feel like I’ll just be told that baby is pushing up on my lungs and that’s what’s causing it. I probably haven’t been on the tablets long enough to notice a big difference yet. I just feel utterly miserable 😢! Is there anyway to tell the difference between anaemia and the baby pushing up?
