Hi ladies,

Had an early scan today all was great got to see baby's heartbeat worked out im 6 weeks 1 day .
The sonographer mentioned he could see like a pocket of blood called a sub chronic hematoma any one else experienced this ?
He asked me if I had any bleeding at all which I haven't. He told me not to worry it could go on it's own or I could bleed a little .
Any one else been told this and had a successful pregnancy?

Thanks for taking the time to read

Yes I have. Twice. First time I bled and it passed baby was fine after scan.

Second time it was absorbed

I was told the same at an early scan. Never had any bleeding. Was glad for the warning that it might happen though.

I had the same. Went for an early scan as I had a big bleed, baby was fine.
