Dreamgasm and cramps??

I'm 4 weeks today, only got my bfp last night! This morning I dreamed I had an orgasm, felt quite real don't know if it was! Then had a horrible sharp period like cramp which woke me up. It died down in a couple minutes and now I just feel tender. Really worried now in case I've somehow triggered a miscarriage! Such a weird experience!

Is this your first pregnancy ?

I've had an orgasm whilst asleep before so I wouldn't worry about that.
Also as your pregnancy progresses ( congratulations btw ) You will find your uterus does sort of harden / go into spasm for a little while so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Also for information , if you are going to breastfeed , having an orgasm can start off your milk flow !
