10dpo and faint positive?

Hello!

Normally I wouldn't test so early but I've been feeling tired and lightheaded. I've taken a very early test today but I'm still not due on my period until next Monday. I can spot a very faint line on the cheap tests (see pics) I've also did a clear blue this afternoon and it is negative.

Do I tell my husband or keep it to myself until it's closer to my period? I don't want to get either of our hopes up!

We've been trying for almost a year so really hope this is our BFP!

Up to you. If I showed faint lines like these to DH he'd say he can't see them or that it's too faint to be a real positive. So I don't bother until I've got a strong line or a digital saying "pregnant".

Thank you for replying! Have your faint lines developed into something stronger in the past? This is the first time I've ever had a faint line or any hint of a positive test so I'm trying not to get overexcited (easier said than done!)

There's definitely something there! I had similar at 10dpo. I did an early digital at 12dpo and that's when I told DH :)
Really hope this is your well earned happy news!

Yes they have. It just means you've caught it early, no need to think it won't be successful. Of course miscarriage is common but your chances are still good.
