Lower left abdominal pain

Hey all,

Having mild (haven't needed pain killer) pain really low down on left. Feels simular to ovulation pain.

I'm 6/7 weeks, have all the normal pregnancy symptoms otherwise, no bleeding or spotting.

Just looking for reassurance really.

Most likely just implantation and early stretching! Or if you’re like me, it’s constipation…

It's way too late to be implantation. Can believe it's constipation though. Just worried as it's one sided.

I'd say its most likely round ligament pain that has started early. I had so many random pains and twinges that all turned out to be nothing so I really wouldn't worry!

Thanks. I've been obsessed with the risk of ectopic pregnancy (for no apparent reason) and I think focusing on it has made it worse.

It's very easy to over analyse every little twinge but it's more than likely nothing!

Hi OP! I would say this is normal and nothing to worry about unless it gets SEVERE. I remember the day before I got my BFP with my baby I had the exact same pain in my left side low down. It was like a constant ache/pain. I got it again a few times throughout my pregnancy. Funny enough, I got the EXACT same thing a few days ago I hope I'm not pregnant, praying it was ovulation pain!

Just wanted to update in case anybody with similar symptoms found this post - scan today and everything is where it should be! Was told sometimes the side you ovulated from hurts more.
