Does this sound like normal pains? 14 weeks

I am currently 14 weeks and for 2 days it feels like my uterus is really sensative and bruised. It hurts when I move to fast, cough, bowel movement. I tried contacting my midwife today and they won't help as I am under 20 weeks and weren't very helpful. Does it sound like I need to visit A&E?
My GP is closed till Monday, but I don't want to cause a fuss if its normal.

Sounds like the beginning of round ligament pain to me. I have it often and am 17 weeks.

I thought round ligament felt more like shooting pain, which I do also get?

Sounds like round ligament pain it comes and goes and just appears out of nowhere for me for example if I turn over in bed and it happens I can't move for a few minutes just need to let it pass.

Round ligament pains felt like a very painful stitch / cramp to me.

I’d get them if I stood up/ turned over in bed / coughed / and just generally moved.
