Ate a packet of keto boost balls that i got from h&b just because they sounded tasty , raspberries and white chocolate made from peanut butter and dried raspberries, coconut ect thinking it would be healthier than a bar of chocolate but after reading ingredients it says contains Coconut MCT Oil Powder (Medium Chain Triglycerides), checking Google this says on every page I've looked at this should be avoided in pregnancy. Now I'm concerned . Has anyone taken this in pregnancy. Already ate the bag
