So today I was playing about with my toddler and was swinging him about (like up and down) I felt a strain in my belly. I wasn't thinking at the time and now I'm paranoid I've harmed the baby in some way? I'm 16 weeks pregnant.
Im really bad for remembering to lift with my legs too, so when I lift things I do often tense my belly or feel a bit of a strain. Surely Id know if I had hurt baby?
Any help would be appreciated!
