Confusion about pregnancy

Hi there, so me and my wife intimated on 25 Dec 2023.After that she got her periods delayed (normal date was27 dec) but took abortion pill. After which she had periods on 7 January 2024. This month on 11 feb she got her periods but today she has nausea and headache. We took pregnancy test on 9 Feb but it was negative. My question is that are these periods normal or not. Or is she pregnant or not and should i take pregnancy test again.? Pl reply.

So she bled after the abortion, then had a period and has had a negative pregnancy test? I would say it's extremely unlikely she's pregnant.

Did she take an abortion pill as in she was pregnant and aborted the pregnancy or she took the morning after pill to prevent pregnancy ? Two very different things .
