Heya!
So my midwives haven't been the most helpful or involved and didn't have much information to share with me so I'm having to rely on my own research and other people's experiences to figure out what to do!
I had a huge horrific SCH bleed at 14+4 weeks, had a scan and all fine they couldn't see any blood on the ultrasound (but also couldn't see the initial clot at a scan at 14+2). I had some spotting for a few days which stopped and started again (restarted brown) and has now been completely stopped for about 10 days. I had a scan at 16 weeks and that was all fine too. I'm now 17+5.
I've been nervous to resume exercise or sex (we've had some activity but not penetrative). How long should I leave it before having sex and starting to exercise again? I would leave off the heavy weights but I'm just struggling taking it easy.
