21 weeks and noticed spotting on liner (picture)

I'm 21 weeks today. I have a history of multiple miscarriage so this has freaked me out. Had my 20 week scan last week and all was fine. This is is my second pregnancy, I have a 22 month old daughter.

I've noticed spotting on my pad when going for a wee but there was nothing when I wiped, and I wiped about 10 times to make sure. Im freaking out. My midwife has gone on mat leave and I don't have my new midwives info😭

Hey hun, on the front page of the green booklet there’s a sticker under maternity contacts theres various contact numbers for you if you can’t speak to your midwife, including a triage emergency line number for the hospital you’ll be having your baby at. Give them a call x

Agree with PP about calling department to see what they say. I had similar and a bleed around this time in my pregnancy, had a scan and all was fine, she asked if we'd been having sex and we had- she said that the most likely cause. Please try not to worry but I know it's a lot easier to say then do! The maternity team at the hospital I was at were amazing they said they would prefer to see a woman every day of their pregnancy than for them to be at home worrying about something. xx

This is a different hospital I'm under than I was with my daughter, very different set up here and all new to me. I have badger notes so I've got numbers from there. Thank you ladies!

Have you recently had sex? Things can be a bit tender and that can cause spotting x

No I haven't in the last week or 2

Have you been constipated? This sometimes caused spotting for me too.

I'm Also 21 weeks and had multiple miscarriages so completely understand how scary this feels when you see it. I have just had the same thing, had 2 light bleeds/spotting on Friday and Monday.
and called my pregnancy assessment unit then asked me to come in both times. Heard the heartbeat and done a speckle examination and was told I have a cervical erosion/erophion which is very common is 2nd trimester!
helped reassure me and because I’m RHnegative and baby is RHpositive just needed and anti D injection !
hopefully you get through to someone if you can’t find number maybe call early pregnancy unit and they can direct you to correct place. Xxxxx

Been on the phone and they've said spotting is normal and not a cause of concern. Said they aren't worried by what I've explained. Just told me to keep a liner in and monitor it and ring back if anything changes. They also said because I had group b strep with my daughters pregnancy that it could be that flaring up.

I've felt baby move since the call, so that's reassuring

Update to this, I've had nothing since this yesterday. Nothing when I wipe, nothing else on the liner. No pains, baby was giving me a dance routine at 4am this morning. So who knows what it was🤷🏼‍♀️
