Waiting on NIPT results

Has anyone had their NIPT results back fairly quickly i.e. before the 2 weeks? I’m going out of my mind. I had my bloods this morning and I’m 17 weeks tomorrow. I’ve fallen in love with my baby but this situation is tearing me apart at the moment. I’m constantly crying I just don’t know what to do. My quads showed 1 in 137 chance and I’ll be nearly 40 when I give birth. Has anyone had to wait the full 2 weeks i suppose is what I’m getting at. Thank you!

Hi All. I’ve just had the call to say I’m low risk. I’m so emotional right now and I honestly feel like a massive weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I can only thank you all for your positive thoughts and messages, honestly you’re all amazing. I wish you all the absolute best with your pregnancies and thank you again xx

So pleased for you. I have been there on the other side, where it was high risk for T18, but I knew it was really likely because the NT was 8mm.

We are trying again and I know I have all this ahead of me again, the agony of waiting, but hopefully the relief and joy you feel too x

As they couldn’t measure my NT at 12 weeks that was on my mind. The wait for the results is unbearable. I hope you are successful and have a healthy and happy pregnancy x
