Breathless early pregnancy 🤰

Does anyone experience breathless in early pregnancy? I understand it’s very common in late pregnancy. However I’m only 8+ weeks and I’ve been feeling like I need to catch my breath recently. Is this a normal thing?? 🤔🤔

My asthma always flares up a bit in very early pregnancy before settling down again.

I think breathlessness is quite common in the first trimester but there's no harm in asking your GP if there's anything they can give you for it like a preventer inhaler if you're finding it is interfering with your normal activities.
