Hi am writing this for some positivity as i'm literally losing hope.
Dec 2021 - Ectopic which resolved itself
Dec 2022- Miscarriage at 9 weeks
May 2023- Ectopic which resulted in a tube removal.

I got a BFP Jan 20th. Lmp Dec 20th. I had tender swollen breasts and no other symtoms. I was referred to EPU given my history. I was seen friday 2nd feb. All they could see was a gestational sac and explained it could be too early.

Sunday 4th feb I started bleeding and passing some clots. I know this is a miscarriage again. I just can't cope anymore. I don't know what to do with myself.

Sorry you're going through this op. Are you having any fertility investigations? What have you had and what were the results?

I had a hycosy (tube flush) my remaining tube looked fine. I was told I had a low ovarian reserve for my age. When I was 21 I was diagnosed with pcos. Now at 32 pcos does not seem to be showing up on scans anymore.

You've been TTC for over 12 months and have had recurrent MC. If you are childless you should be being offered fertility treatment by now. Push it with your GP as it can be a long wait on NHS and at 32 time will fly quickly.
Good luck

Also your DH needs tests. It could just as easily be an issue on his side.
I too had a ruptured ectopic, and during surgery to see if my tubes were ok they found endometriosis which they lasered off. His sperm mobility tests were fine.
Then after 5 years and multiple MC they tested one of the fetus (after I went into hospital to have the MC) and discovered a genetic issue. DH and I were both tested and it turns out that DH is a carrier of a chromosome translocation which results in me MC when I get pregnant.
There are so many possible reasons why you're not having success yet, which is why you really need to get proactive and push for investigations as unfortunately as a woman , once in thirties biology starts to work against you. Good luck. Phone your Gp first thing in the morning and insist on testing and referral to fertility clinic.
