Hi OP, are they regular? Do they come and go? Do you have any bleeding? It could be stretching or pelvic pain which can be painful. With my first i remember having these pains and midwife suggested pelvic pain from everything moving around, baby moving around etc. I would keep an eye on it an dif they come in waves or if it is constant i would go and get checked out. I was 31 weeks when i rcognised period type pains with my 3rd coming every 10 minutes and was in threatened labour and ended up pn hospital bedrest for a week followed by 5 weeks home rest. But i have eager babies. My first with the pain at 21 ish weeks was just normal stretching.

Try not to worry your body is moving organs around to accommodate your growing fetal sac. It's amazing where everything goes. Your hips are also widening.

Have a chat with your midwife.

Edited

my midwife is through my doctor and my doctor I rang regarding another issue said she wont let me talk to her without even asking the problem as I have an appointment booked in 3 weeks! I emailed my community midwife email no reply over a week and I rang the non urgent number on notes Friday said they'd ring me and they never did !
so I give up trying anywhere for any issues I have its stressing me out I cant contact anyone in these circumstances, obviously if it was urgent I would call the urgent number but these things aren't urgent I have no bleeding etc
but I hope its normal im a ftm so not even sure

If it doesn't ease up then call NHS 111 and ask for advice...could be stretching pains...or bladder infection especially as your saying it's lower back pain too.... keep hydrated. Try to get some rest and see how you are in the morning..if needed get it checked out by going to the hospital.
