Over or under bump maternity trousers/jeans?

Hi all, looking for advice please before I do some online shopping for maternity clothes.

Do you prefer under or over bump maternity trousers? I will be heavily pregnant over summer and I have a feeling under the bump will be less sweaty/more comfortable. However, will I feel like the trousers are slipping down all the time?

Any thoughts appreciated! Thanks!

I'm 20 weeks and have just started wearing maternity trousers I find the under bump ones fall down and when tighter will feel they will put pressure on my tummy lower down. The over bump are too big at the moment but much more comfortable and my tummy stops them falling down! I also prefer to have something kind of supporting the bump.
Vinted and charity shops are great for barely worn maternity wear.

I had to go with under bump jeans. I bought a few of each. The over bump ended up irritating me or not feeling like they were staying up even though I had a big bump. I then wore large jumpers or long T-shirts that would go over the bump. My bump was over winter though whereas if it was over summer I would likely have gone leggings and dress/long T-shirts.

It changed for me dependant upon pregnancy, but in summer I couldn’t stand over bump due to the heat, nor any trousers at all.
