After a miscarriage,how many cycles were you ttc?

Hey,

Just wondering after a late baby loss (13 wks), how many months of trying did it take to get your bfp? Was it shorter or longer than the previous time?

I had a MMC at 14 weeks Jan 2023, I fell pregnant again July 2023, 30 weeks now. It felt like forever but in retrospect it wasn't. So sorry for your loss x

Loss at 17 weeks. Didn’t ttc for 12 months afterwards as didn’t feel right (for me obviously everyone is different). Then took only a few months

Hey op. I also lost a baby at 13 weeks I’m so sorry for your loss. We waited for one cycle before we started trying again just to figure out when I’d be ovulating again and we conceived on the third cycle. Currently 31 weeks. My first son took over a year to conceive. Wishing you all the best for the future. Things do get better xxx

@Daisydoo1988 didn't go back to using contraception but didn't track properly for a month or so. So you could say tried again straight away, I was told I was fine to as soon as they scanned and saw all was clear from my uterus.

I had a missed miscarriage picked up in my 12 week scan in September 2019. They advised me to wait a couple of months for my period to reset which I did as I also emotionally wanted a couple of months to brace myself. So pleased we started trying relatively soon after as I fell pregnant straight away in December 2019 and our son is a very healthy 3 year old

I had a miscarriage in March 2023 and haven't conceived since, despite trying again straight away 🙄💔
