I have pcos and I had a “chemical miscarriage” in July 2022 ( still not to sure what that means)I have been having similar symptoms nausea and a smells, and tender breast, so I decided to do a pregnancy test. I’ve had a super faint line on Monday, and then Tuesday I took the clear blue digital and got the reading pregnant 1-2, I’ve had no luck with epu/egu or gps, and booked in with bpas, they had booked me in for a pre consultation scan today. They done the scan internally and couldn’t see any sacs, they then tested my urine sample and it also came back negative, they have send me home with 2 Covid test looking pregnancy tests and asked me test the new few days. I had to request my GP for a blood test this Friday to see my HCG levels. Has anyone had any similar experiences?! Really worried to what this could mean.

Didn't have similar with the tests but my bloods were checked due to suspected ectopic. It could be that you are still super early so HCG is low or not increasing as much as expect.
My pregnancy tests were positive but HCG is meant to double in 24-48hrs so they will likely do a couple of sets of bloods.
Your starting HCG level is irrelevant to an extent as they are more looking at the increase. If its very low it may indicate an early loss or if it decreases this would be the same presumption.

I had a scan which showed an empty sack and my HCG was only increasing at around 28/29% but a week later there was a fetus with a heartbeat so please don't worry yet as all could be fine xx
