Hi, I am very worried, stressed and I don’t know what to do so I’m writing here hoping someone would be able to help me pleeeaase😫😫😫 I am around 7 weeks pregnant. I took a pregnancy test after I missed my period and it showed positive. I have since been taking a pregnancy test every day for the past 7 weeks and it’s showing positive but I do not have any pregnancy symptoms!! Nothing at all!!!!! I had a little cramps at the beginning but that’s about it!!! What’s going on? My first midwife appointment is in 2 weeks and my first scan is in the middle of March so it’s still very far away. How do I know if I’m still pregnant? I’m scared to be happy because I don’t want to be disappointed 😫😫😫

i went to see my gp and told her that I’m pregnant but she just congratulated me! I thought she will probably confirm my pregnancy! Should I even go to my midwife’s appointment because what if I’m not pregnant? I feel like I’ll just end up wasting their time?

please can someone help🙏😩

Some women just don’t have any symptoms, try not to panic, and maybe stop testing. It isn’t reassuring you any, and could just be adding to your stress.
I had one day with sore boobs the day before testing, one day of nausea and that was it.
Like you I was terrified. I now have a strapping, nearly 6ft teen! Some women just don’t have any symptoms so try to relax.
Go to the midwives appointment, hopefully she will be able to reassure you.
Congratulations on your pregnancy.

I have 3 daughters and apart from a couple of days of very sensitive nipples with the first I didn't have any symptoms. In fact I didn't know I was pregnant with Dd3 until 24 weeks when I suddenly started to show. I was the one other pregnant ladies in my department loved to hate as they coped with swollen legs, achy backs and constant nausea... Enjoy your good luck op, it mights suddenly change and all the morning sickness etc hit you at once or it might be plain sailing all the way xx

You could book a private scan if you think it would help reassure you? 7-8 weeks is a good time for a private early pregnancy scan.

I had nothing at all til 9 weeks. Then for the rest of the pregnancy I felt like shit most days! They could come on at any time but equally you may be one of the lucky ones that don't get any!

If you're that worried go for an early scan but honestly having no symptoms doesn't tell you anything this early on.

Also stop testing! You're pregnant- try to relax (I know easier said than done!) and enjoy! And congratulations 😃

Hi OP,

I usually found with both of my pregnancies that the symptoms happened usually around 8-9 weeks, then I will so unwell until about 17 weeks with DD1 and felt better at 13-14 weeks with DD2!

I would try and book a private scan.

If the test are positive, that's all you need. Lots of women have no symptoms. If you're really concerned you could have a private scan, but remember it doesn't guarantee anything, and can give false reassurance.

With respect, you need to calm down and stop panicking.

Not every woman has symptoms, I didn't with my other children, it's only now with my 3rd that I have had symptoms. Don't stress over things that you can't control. I told myself that if I lost the baby then I lost it, it won't be anything I have done wrong and u cannot prevent it from happening if its going to happen.
