So sorry if this is tmi for anyone lol 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️

I’m currently 6 weeks, first time pregnancy and the last two nights I have had really vivid sex dreams, actually ended up orgasming last night just from the dream and it woke me up. After that though I had the worst cramping pain I’ve felt yet it was so bad I went to the toilet fully expecting to be bleeding heavily. Nothing came of it and it was on n off for half an hour then went away completely. Could this just be a post orgasm pregnancy thing?

Yes deffo a pregnancy thing. It’s the only time I’ve ever orgasmed during sleep!! Spoilt by the fact my Randy dreams were about disgusting humans though 😳

Cramping is still normal at 6 weeks. I would say post uterine cramping from your orgasm. If nothing else has came of it since I wouldn’t worry x

I’ve also had this 😂 Wasn’t sure if it was because we went from a lot of sex whilst ttc to barely any during the first few weeks of pregnancy!

I think if they say sex is fine then a dream orgasm would hopefully not do any harm at all 😌

I had this exact thing at 6-8 weeks couple of times! The cramping was scary afterwards but all was completely harmless.

Just gutted I missed half the orgasm while still asleep tbh 😂😂😂😂😂.

Currently 27 weeks and safe to say, the sexy dreams stopped. Now I have the weirdest dreams ever!

It sounds like you had some muscle spasms after your orgasm. I would mention it to midwife to allay concerns but it doesn't seem like a problem.
