Sore area on stomach??

Quite a silly post but I woke up this morning with a bad pain on the top of my stomach, I’m 35 weeks pregnant . The area feels extremely tender to touch and like I’ve been kicked there but I don’t recall hitting the area whatsoever , and it’s super sore so I think I would recall . Also has started to form a blotchy rash (camera not picking up great) and there’s a dent there?? Any ideas 😂🙏🏼 Assuming it’s a deep bruise forming maybe

I had this, mentioned it to the midwife and she put it down to the skin stretching, it was so sore, and oddly is where my stretch mark is, worth checking with your midwife though as you have a rash

A one sided painful rash could potentially be shingles. Definitely talk to your midwife / unit so they can assess. Hopefully it is as PP had and just skin stretching and bruising.
