Hi I'm currently 5 weeks 4 days. I went for an early scan, I thought I was 6 weeks but turns out I was only 5 weeks. Anyway the last 4 days I've been having some brown spotting. And today it got very heavy and had some small clots. And then it's gotten lighter and gets heavy again? I've not got any severe pains with this, just the usal abdominal pains. Any ideas? I'm expecting it to be a miscarriage. I have an appointment on the 8th Feb. They won't see me any sooner. I've added a picture of what the heaviest bleed looked like.
