That's okay! Any symptoms other than that? Cramping or anything, is it your usual time of the month? Or has this come out of the blue X

It is my usual time & had severe cramping before this came out !

google decidual cast. i had a big strange looking chunk come out of me twice and my doctor said it was this

Paired with severe cramping I would get yourself down to the GP just to be on the safe side x

mine didn’t either time! i had thought the same. i thought my first one must be a miscarriage but i was on the implant which obviously has a very low failure rate so knew it wasn’t likely
