Get an early night. Nap if you can. Survive to the 2nd trimester

I have a 14 month old and I'm seriously considering letting ms Rachel take over while I nap (not totally serious, don't worry)

I usually nap every second day but still super tired 😂😂 going to have to grin and bear it!!

I'm 14 weeks with a 2 year old. Bluey is getting us through it 😂

Pregnancy is all about survival. I’ve just survived (barely) the first and second trimester and now 29 weeks with a 4 year old.

  • rest
  • eat little and often
  • puzzles, paint, drawing etc all easy indoor tasks
  • keep toddler involved in everyday tasks

most of all just take care of yourself!! X

15 weeks with a 12 month old. Survival is ok for now! Ms Rachel is helping us through for sure 😂😂😂 nap when they do and be kind to yourself x

27 weeks with a 15 month old here. I pretty much slept through my first trimester! Are you still breastfeeding because I feel like that’s what’s exhausting me, essentially feeding two babies. Second trimester was much better but the last week or so I’ve started feeling exhausted again. Curious to see how my iron levels are at my next blood test
