Nub theory - boy or girl?

Just curious what people’s thoughts are if baby is a boy or girl based on nub theory? Not the clearest scan picture unfortunately!

Is that a baby? Where is the rest of the skull? Even if laying with their back facing up, where's the rest of the skull?! Why is there a gap there? Are you very early in your pregnancy?
