Chunk cord 10wks

So had a scan today at EPU as experiencing pains and after a missed miscarriage at 11wks last April feeling very anxious

happily viable pregnancy with heartbeat and have dated me at 10+4 but was told the cord looked quite ‘chunky’ and they have put a note on this to be reassessed at my next scan

i feel a bit concerned as to what this means, so wondering if anyone else had been told this and the possible outcomes

the sonographer said while the organs are growing they bulge out and then suck back in and he said they were usually scanning at around 12wks so could be completely normal (don’t believe the 12wk statement as the are an early pregnancy unit so surely they scan earlier than that)

the nurse wouldnt say what this could mean as she didn’t want to provide me with the wrong information 🤷🏼‍♀️

any advice or opinions would be appreciated
