Anyone measured smaller than they should?

I went for a scan today. According to LMP I should be 7 weeks and 4 days today.

This was a repeat scan. At the first scan, the sonographer stated that I may have my dates wrong as I’m measuring a little less than the date I was then (no fetal pole was seen at this scan). 2 weeks later (today) at the rescan, she said I was measuring 6 weeks and 6 days. This is almost a week behind where I should be. Although heartbeat was seen.

I’m quite worried about miscarrying.

Has anyone had this and had a successful pregnancy?

The fact there has been progress is the main thing and a visible heartbeat. Most people don't measure exactly where they expect to be x

@coffeeandcake91 the early scans are usually never advised for dating for that reason. Was this a private scan?
It's very possible if you conceived naturally you may just have misjudged your dates as Implantion dosent always occur at exactly the same pace for everyone. Sometimes the embryo can take longer to implant.
The fact your seeing a heartbeat is a great sign and hopefully that comforts you a little.
Sometimes babies do just measure small.
I'm currently 15 weeks and had ivf so my dates are calculated precisely but I'm measuring behind

Forgot to add I measured behind at my 6 week scan. Think it was by a few days, then at my 12 week scan I measured a week ahead. 29 weeks now and she continues to be ahead

I measured small (no early scans then) because I had a two vessel cord, both mine were tiny, as was I - likely to be heredity so my dc are aware!
