Triplets - where to shop

Hi all,

I had a scan last week at 6 weeks. I was able to have a resurrance scan due to my previous 2 missed miscarriages. We then found out we are having triplets, 3 little heartbeats!! We are still in shock and trying to get our head around things but extremely happy.

I've been doing my research and have found it difficult to find anywhere to shop for triplets like, prams, carpets etc. Does anyone have any recommendations please?

Have you made contact with the Twins Trust? They used to be called the Multiple Births Association, their newest name is rather discriminatory toward families with triplets, quads and more.

However, they are likely to have a lot of useful information and online support.

Our local big supermarket had a triplet shopping trolley which could be booked.

A family member has triplets and she says that the multiple support type Facebook pages were a godsend for recommendations and general advice!

Firstly congratulations.

There's several organisations plus Facebook groups who are the best to give specific information and also sales of second hand items which will be invaluable - triplet equipment is very expensive. They can also advise on the order period if buying a pram new, I know it's far too early to order yet, long way to go.
