Feeling flutters in two different places at once 12 weeks??

Hi, I'm 12 weeks pregnant and last night I'm pretty sure I felt two soft flutters within a few seconds from each other, one on my side and the other more at the front. This isn't my first pregnancy and I'm pretty sure this wasn't air or something else. I just don't think that a single tiny baby could be as big as to kick two places like that almost simultaneously nor to move that quickly, could it be twins?? My scan is next week... Did anyone feel something similar and it was just one baby?

dont think you can be feeling kicks that early on. It's not usually for a couple more months.

This is my 4th pregnancy and it's possible to feel subtle things after your first pregnancy. There are women who can feel movements as early as 12 weeks. With my 3rd I very clearly noticed a movement right before the scan at 12 weeks and the sonographer was looking for baby in that same area I felt it. I'm pretty sure those were flutters
