Unexpected pregnancy with IUD

I've found out this morning that I am pregnant.

I have an IUD fitted after another unplanned pregnancy this time last year (which turned out to be ectopic). So as you can imagine this is a massive shock.

I already have 2 DSs who would be 7 and 10 but the time this baby would be due.

I'm worried about so many things...

• The age gaps with currently DSs
• Our ages - I'm "only" 35 but my DH is 43 already
• The massive step back regarding career/finances (I'm a teacher and have only this year gone back to full time after being part time since having my first)

I also have no idea how far along I am as I've not have a period in months which I assumed to be because of my IUD.

Someone please hold my hand and tell me it will be ok. 🙃

Congratulations! 35 is still young says me who's pregnant with my third at 36, soon 37.
However I did want it and my other 2 are still young 5 and nearly 3.
I think you might need some time to process, but looks like it's meant to be despite the odds.
It's going to be ok🥰
