Stomach pain all night!

Hey everyone I'm 21 weeks pregnant and had the worse sleep last night. Just before bed I got stomach pain which felt like trapped wind/indigestion, it eased off when I went to lie down in bed.
But everytime I turned over or got up in the night it was so painful, mainly under my ribs / my back?

Seems alot better thus morning but still pain under my ribs. Could this really just be indigestion related or growing pains?

Felt baby kicking this morning and the pain isn't like cramping if that makes sense!

I had something similar lately and spoke to the midwife the next morning when I felt better. She checked me over and listened to baby heartbeat which was all good. She explained it was most likely trapped wind and my body stretching but if it happens again to contact triage and get properly checked.

If you’re unsure or worried then I’d contact your maternity triage just for some reassurance and advice.

Get checked if you're worried but it was about this time when I found rennie's 'deflatine' tablets to be a life saver.

Thankyou! I've just taken some. Seems to be less painful when I'm up and moving =)

I've got a scan tomorrow morning anyway so that will put my mind at ease!
