heavy implantation 5dpo

me and my partner have been ttc for 3cycles now.

my periods are usually like clock work and have been for years. This month we tried on the 11th 13th 15th i then ovulated on the 15th.

Today is now the 20th so 5dpo roughly and i started to bleed. thought it was IB bleeding but the bleeding got quite heavy but there is no pain like a regular period or i don’t have any other period symptoms i usually have.

As i said my period is usually like clockwork with 1 or 2 days give or take but it has never been 11 days early.

Is there any chance this could be IB and has anyone had any success stories with heavy implantation bleeding because it’s too early to test and my heads all over the place!😀😀

My only experience with implantation bleeding was it being incredibly light. Sorry no help

Im 28 weeks pregnant and had similar. It was actually the reason I didn’t test back in August! I bled 9 days before my period, this is DC2 for me.

ahh congratulations! i’m just so confused because it’s just bleeding with no pain, it seems early for ib so that’s what’s throwing me off. but my period is always regular so i’m so confused! did you have any pain with yours or any other symptoms ?

Sounds a bit heavy and early for implantation bleeding which is usually only light. You may have ovulated early so it could be a normal period just earlier, even if you’re usually regular it’s not unusual to have an off cycle. Just have to wait and see if your period arrives when it’s normally due unfortunately
