Loss of symptoms 7 weeks + 1

I went for a scan on the 14th jan confirmed heartbeat. Since then all my symptoms have gone. I had savage food aversions and nausea and now nothing. My boobs arent sore today either anymore.

I rang my midwife who said it can happen but im so worried now. All was fine 1.5 days ago and we saw the flicker. Should i be worried?

It can be completely normal for symptoms to disappear. In my first pregnancy I didn’t have any pregnancy symptoms whatsoever, only way to find out I was pregnant was a missed period.
My second pregnancy all my symptoms disappeared by week 8 but came back again at week 11.
I know it’s hard but try not to worry. Your midwife said it can happen and you’ve seen a heartbeat.

I had this too OP, at around that time. It's very common and normal. Try to take it easy, rest and stay calm.

This happened to me at around 8 weeks pregnant with my Ds, he’s now 16 (years old).
