Third pregnancy and struggling

I have three children, 13y and 7y twins all boys, both pregnancies were fine, I struggled at the end with the twins, however this pregnancy I'm struggling with and I'm only around 5 weeks pregnant. The constant nausea but not actually sick, the smell of certain foods, I've gone off lots of foods, the stomach cramps, so tired, and sometimes get a dizzy head, you name it I'm feeling it. Is this normal for third pregnancies or could it be I'm having a girl?

Every pregnancy is different and what you've described is normal. They are all normal early pregnancy symptoms.

It's nothing to do with your baby's sex or how many pregnancies you've had, it's basically just a lottery every time you get pregnant as to how shit you'll feel.

It should, hopefully, pass near the end of the first trimester/start of the second trimester.

My first trimester was also horrific so I feel your pain. This is my first pregnancy though.
