Baby measuring behind at 13 week scan

Had my 13 week nhs scan
Had 2 private scans before this
7 weeks and 10 weeks.
In both scans baby was only one day behind each time.
Now At 13 week scan baby is measuring several more days behind. They measured me at 12+1
Is is something concerning? That babys growth is more behind now?
My dates are exact as I had ivf.
I found it really difficult to communicate and ask questions with doctor as their English isn't that great. They don't pronounce works correctly and I struggle to understand what they are saying alot of the time so I feel I've no one to ask

I'm sorry you're experiencing this, not sure what to say. But I think the private ones might not be so accurate?
What did they tell at the scan? Did they offer you another one soon?
Hope you get some answers to reassure you.

@Nyckol our 7 week was done by nhs clinic ( we paid privately for ivf treatment through nhs clinic )
They haven't offered me any further information or scanning other than my next scan be until around 20 weeks .
I am consultant led care , and it was consultant who scanned me at 13 weeks and she just kept saying see 12 w 1 day. I got no further clarity on what this actually means since I was actually 13+0 dated by ivf transfer .

My friend had a very similar issue as they did IVF (same sex couple) so they knew the exact date of conception but they were measuring a few days behind at the 12 week scan as well. I’m not sure what they did, if anything, but their little boy was born at 40 weeks exactly and is a healthy, mad little two year old now.

I would still call the clinic and just check to put your mind at ease though.

IVF dates can be out so I wouldn't worry too much..I'm 17 weeks and have measured 4-5 days ahead of my IVF date at every scan..it must have implanted and grown quickly, I guess it can also work the other way. Also a mm can make a big difference earlier on.
The only thing that will help you know all is ok is to book a private scan, we had one a couple of days ago and it was 100% worth it for reassurance, but had something been wrong I'd rather have known then than wait until 20 weeks.
