Hot yoga before realising pregnant

I did hot yoga the night before a positive pregnancy test so when I was about 4 weeks pregnant

I was sat right under the heaters as well and now I’m worried I’ve harmed the baby as all the guidance online says excessive heat during the early weeks can damage the baby

is This likely to have harmed the baby?

No

No. Kindly, it's not a baby yet.

If I listed all the things I'd done while unwittingly pregnant with my two, it would be a long list.

Both my babies were absolutely fine. :)

No, you're fine.

The big risk from hot yoga/hot baths etc is you overheating and fainting/falling (pregnant women tend to be at risk of fainting as it is, so adding heat to the mix can be a recipe for accidents). If there was any tiny increase in miscarriage risk from your body itself overheating, it has long passed and your pregnancy has continued.

Not very advisable , but my Bikram teacher said she continued throughout her pregnancy as body already adapted.

Sure you'll be fine. Plenty of babies being born in countries where this is the regular outdoor temperature
