Pregnant and PCOS

Please help me out I’m freaking out?

Hi beautiful people please help me out I’m so confused & scared.. after my miscarriage 3 years ago at 11 weeks..I didn’t have a period for 1 year than I found out I got pcos, doctors put me on metformin than got my period but it’s not always one time I bleed after 42 days, I just found out I’m pregnant after 3 years of trying…so my last first day of my period was 11th November 2023 and now it’s 11 January 2024 I should be about 8+5 pregnant I went for a early scan today they said my sac was empty n couldn’t see any babies but the blood test they took my hormone level was too high they also said i could be 4-5 weeks but how when my last period was 11th nov 2023 if I’m 8 weeks it should show babies

If you have PCOS you may not have ovulated until much later in your cycle. So technically you could be only 4 to 5 weeks pregnant even though you haven't had a period since November. I hope it all works out for you.
