Currently 13 weeks pregnant
Had blood sugars tested on 12 nov at gp and 30th Dec at booking appointment. and I'm assuming they came back fine as it wasn't mentioned at my appointment few dogs ago. For the past week I'm constantly thirsty . I feel like im just not getting enough water and every morning I wake up my mouth is so dry. I'm drinking a big bottle 2l -2.5 litre every day but its not enough.
Wondering if this is normal in pregnancy?
It's impossible to get hold of midwifes . It's always a answer machine and call back and I often miss calls like this as I can't walk around with my phone everywhere I go. Do you think this is concerning? Some mornings I have had a light head. Could my blood sugars have increased that quickly?
Don't know weather to waste my time ans theirs contacting them over something like this or not. My next appointment is not until 2 weeks

Yes this is concerning. You need to see a health care professional in case it's gestational diabetes. Hopefully it isn't.

I had this with my last pregnancy, no concerns and all absolutely fine. Stopped once she was born. Of course you can mention it but not necessarily a concern
