Toothache - pregnancy symptom?

I'm maybe just joining dots where there is no connection... but last night my teeth (maybe 4 on the bottom jaw) really started hurting, like a pulsating ache.

It was so bad I couldn't sleep.

This morning the pain is gone mostly, but the area is still quite sensitive.

I have good oral hygiene, never had any fillings etc. But am at a loss as to what this is?

Got a dental appointment next week, but wondering if it could be one of those random unusual pregnancy symptoms? I'm 11 weeks today.

It was my first sign. Toothache was terrible couldn't get rid of it- tye whole day I was in pain. It went the next day and I did a test the day after and positive! It's something to do with increased blood flow.

Thanks all! Such a weird and random thing!! Thankfully the pain has stopped for now, but I bought a bucket load of floss to try and make my teeth healthier haha.

I also had toothache both times I was pregnant, it only lasted for a few days around week 5. It was a noticeable pain but not unbearable.
